Busking is the practice of performing in public places for tips and gratuities. People engaging in this practice are called buskers. Buskers may also be known as street performers, street musicians, minstrels or troubadours.

I've been working on a project documenting busking for my photography class.  Here's a few shots from a fantastic vagabond group I came across one Friday night on 5th Avenue in downtown San Diego.  This project has stretched me as I'm not using a flash and many times I'm shooting at night and bukers like to move around.  All growing experiences.  These are the raw photos- no processing yet!
